David Downing
David has more than 25 years experience in both the Private and Public Sectors . He earned his CGA designation in 1997, and his MBA in 2004, and was granted his CPA designation in 2014. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), and he served a number of years as a Naval Officer. David is particularly interested in helping small businesses and individuals.
